In the bottling sector, optimizing energy consumption is a key element to improve the profitability and sustainability of the production process.
The company has set itself the goal of reducing electricity consumption during the PET bottling process , without compromising productivity and the quality of the final product. To achieve this goal, it was decided to invest in a new high-efficiency stretch-blow moulder , with advanced technologies for energy saving and reducing the use of compressed air.
The company has replaced the previous system with a latest-generation stretch-blow moulding machine , characterised by:

Lower energy consumption per unit of production.

Optimization of the blowing process, with lower energy requirements.

Increase the speed and efficiency of the production cycle.

Optimized layout for more efficient use of production space.
The total investment for the new machine was about €680,000, with a significant economic return due to the savings achieved.
The adoption of the new stretch-blow moulding machine has generated a double economic advantage for the company:
Savings of over €140,000/year in electricity
Significant reduction in operating costs with the same production.
540 TEE/anno ottenuti
Energy Efficiency Certificates (EEE) generate an additional gain of about €54,000/year.
