Determining the number of enterprises, whether autonomous or affiliated, falling into the first group requires burdensome research, while the list of electric energivores is certain and freely available on the website of the Cassa per i Servizi Energetici e Ambientali: it consists of <strong>2,929 enterprises<\/strong> of which about<strong>84 percent<\/strong>, as communicated by ENEA, have complied with the obligation.  <\/p>\n<p>In the past month, those nearly <strong>500 energy users in default<\/strong> have received a <strong>c<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-510 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.energika.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/magnifying-glass-1020142_1920-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"magnifying-glass-1020142_1920\" width=\"219\" height=\"219\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.energika.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/magnifying-glass-1020142_1920-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.energika.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/magnifying-glass-1020142_1920-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.energika.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/magnifying-glass-1020142_1920-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.energika.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/magnifying-glass-1020142_1920-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.energika.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/magnifying-glass-1020142_1920-1536x1536.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.energika.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/magnifying-glass-1020142_1920.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 219px) 100vw, 219px\" \/>omunication from the MiSE<\/strong> asking them to submit the Diagnosis <strong>within 5 days.<\/strong> There is currently no notification of what<br \/>\nhappens if this deadline is not met nor the amount of penalties. <\/p>\n<p><strong>By June 30,<\/strong> 2016, ENEA must notify the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of the Environment, Land and Sea of the <strong>status of implementation of the obligation and publish a summary report<\/strong> on the overall diagnostic activities carried out and the results achieved.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Legislative Decree 102 of 2014 obliged Large Enterprises and those on the 2013 Energivore List to carry out and send the Energy Audit to ENEA by December 2015.
