Medium-large company specialized in production and processing of plastic materials
Structuring a cooling system that allows to save on the consumption of electric energy needed to produce the cooling energy useful for the production and processing of plastic.
Installation of a cooling system with groundwater with water supply directly into the circuits by directly cooling the lines of dies and dies.
Our plant has allowed the company to save over € 220,000 / year and to obtain 884 TEE / year, around € 84,000 / year.
Case 2: Replacing traditional compressors with variable speed machines
Intervention carried out at a company specialized in the production of packaging materials such as extruded net, woven and film.
Reduce the incidence of electricity costs (over 10%) in the generation of compressed air used by printers and packaging machines.
After a consumption analysis, it was decided to insert a variable speed compressor to modulate the production according to the load and use the remaining compressors only at full load.
The investment required was € 90,000 and saved 265,000 kWh / year and obtain the TEEs.
